A Senior People Consultant, leading a team of people professionals working alongside customers to achieve strategic aims, leading organisational change programmes including large-scale TUPE transfers and multi-organisational integration, redundancy and redeployment. Experienced in leading and managing employment relation casework, providing effective, timely, accurate and succinct people advice, promoting good employment relations. Sonia is passionate about providing excellent People service and sustainable People solutions that meet customer needs.

Gill Ryan

Partnership director with 23 years experience of managing and leading within the NHS across a number of providers, commissioners and systems including regional roles. 

Gill has a track record of delivery in areas including waiting times, system flow, re-procurement, mergers, service development,  strategy and planning, QIPP/CIP, tenders, corporate projects. NHS Consultancy includes developing a £24m Productivity & Efficiency Plan,  re-procurement following High Court order, and collaborative hosting / facilitation

Gill is legally skilled as a solicitor specilalising in- medical negligence, family, mental health; Experienced in NHS corporate governance, procurement and contracting.

Sam Brierley

With over 20 years of experience as a digital leader in the public and private sectors, Sam works with organisations, stakeholders and teams to put people at the heart of service improvement and transformation. 

Sam’s user-centred approach helps ensure programmes and projects take an evidence-based approach to plan, manage and deliver digital and non-digital services that are easy for patients, staff and clinicians to use. He’s passionate about helping organisations and teams understand and meet user needs, especially for people who are vulnerable, excluded or less able. 

Previously head of user-centred design at both HM Courts and Tribunals Service and HM Land Registry, Sam’s wider civil service experience includes large-scale agile transformation programmes operating complex, multi-supplier environments. An experienced service assessor, Sam has assessed a wide range of government and NHS services against service standards. 

Chris Morris

Chris is an experienced analyst who has developed an advanced analytical skill set. He has provided intelligence and insight using data from most healthcare domains including primary, secondary, and community care, and has latterly specialised in population-level analytics to support some of the key work-streams arising from new models of care. He has excellent verbal and written communication skills and has worked with colleagues at all levels of partner and customer organisations, including with academic colleagues from world-renowned institutions.

Adam has had nearly 30 years of experience as an NHS Information Manager with a reputation for delivery of complex analytical and information projects. He has worked across several different sectors in the NHS – acute, strategic and public health. Adam understands how data flows through the system and how it can be best used to facilitate improvement. His current focus is around using analytics to measure quality and improvement across services and pathways. Adam believes that the intelligent use of the right data at the right time can help organisations target systems and process to lead to sustained improvement in the quality of outcomes and patient care.

Zoe Bristow

Zoe Bristow

  • Team: Cancer and Long-term Conditions

Zoe has many years of experience in cancer, critical care and long-term conditions. As a clinical physiotherapist, evidence-based practice has been the foundation for many of Zoe’s roles, including leading on the development of rehabilitation after critical illness and implementation of NICE guidance. Zoe led on cancer pathway development and redesign, developing pre-operative screening and post-operative rehabilitation for Pseudomyxoma Peritonei patients. In 2021, Zoe worked on a genomics education scoping project for Health Education England. Zoe also conducted an independent evaluation of the Greater Manchester Prehab4Cancer programme. Last summer, Zoe worked on a health inequalities project reviewing the clinical healthcare pathway for people with sickle cell disorder. Zoe is working with Cancer Alliances on several distinct projects spanning the whole cancer continuum. Zoe also supports Gloucestershire Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service in their journey to PRSAS accreditation. 

Julia Stackhouse

Julia has over 15 years experience of working in public and stakeholder engagement both within the NHS and in further education. She is passionate about public engagement and believes that active patient/public participation within the NHS really can make a difference.  Her wide-ranging experience includes leading consultation activities and developing patient and public networks. She is particularly interested in developing new mechanisms for engaging with the public and is an advocate for trialling new technologies.
