He has been a manager in the NHS for over 17 years, working in operational hospital management roles before making the transition to change programme management and strategy. He has worked with executive and senior leadership teams across the west of England and excels in bringing complex groups of stakeholders together to engage with wicked problems.

Ben is passionate about bringing teams of people together to provide excellent service and achieve great results. He has accumulated 25 years of experience in commercial, operations, and programme management roles, including winning and mobilising large-scale outsourced service contracts in the healthcare, government, and Finance sectors. Ben has also led successful restructuring and cultural change programmes for private and public sector organisations.

Caroline is a versatile and experienced professional having worked in both the commercial and public sectors specialising in strategic planning and system transformation. Caroline has worked within complex and challenging environments to help bring focus, structure and pragmatism to support systems, organisations and individuals to develop and deliver transformational strategies and programmes at national, regional and local levels.

As the SCW lead for Healthy Childhood and Maternal Health she oversees a portfolio of work drawing together our multi-disciplinary team supporting the transformation of safe, personalised care and delivery of Better Births, 1001 days and NHS Long Term plan ambitions.

Caroline has a particular interest in multi-organisational collaboration, leadership and quality improvement to address population health needs, tackle inequalities and prevention. She is passionate about ensuring that children have the best start in life. 

Holly Parry

Holly is a registered learning disability nurse (RNLD) currently working in clinical quality network services in SCW. Holly has a masters in ‘working with individuals with autism’ and within her portfolio is working as the clinical quality lead for incidents and safeguarding as well as Learning Disability & Autism specialist services run by SCW. These include learning from the lives and deaths of people with a learning disability and autistic people (LeDeR) and consultancy work. 

Holly began her career as a community nurse for children and young people with learning disabilities and autism. Later she worked in secure hospitals, first with a children’s mental health service and then focused her career in adult services as an out of area discharge care coordinator, followed by a complex case manager and commissioner role. Holly is passionate and driven to reduce health inequalities and be a part of research. She has published work within the Nursing Times and has worked on national programmes and studied within and away from work as part of her career.
