Having operated across the public sector for over ten years, she draws on her technical knowledge as well as her personal experience as a senior leader to create compelling, impactful, values-driven interventions which align to both people and business outcomes.  Underpinning this is a passion and purpose for building authentic, ethical connections with people across the rich tapestry of the NHS, supporting and enabling others to cultivate purposeful cultures and enable meaningful transformation that keeps people at the heart of change.
