Zoe has many years of experience in cancer, critical care and long-term conditions. As a clinical physiotherapist, evidence-based practice has been the foundation for many of Zoe’s roles, including leading on the development of rehabilitation after critical illness and implementation of NICE guidance. Zoe led on cancer pathway development and redesign, developing pre-operative screening and post-operative rehabilitation for Pseudomyxoma Peritonei patients. In 2021, Zoe worked on a genomics education scoping project for Health Education England. Zoe also conducted an independent evaluation of the Greater Manchester Prehab4Cancer programme. Last summer, Zoe worked on a health inequalities project reviewing the clinical healthcare pathway for people with sickle cell disorder. Zoe is working with Cancer Alliances on several distinct projects spanning the whole cancer continuum. Zoe also supports Gloucestershire Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service in their journey to PRSAS accreditation.
