Ian is a highly experienced geospatial leader with a professional background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Mapping over the last 20 years, across both public and private sectors. He leads the largest geospatial service across any of the NHS CCG, NHSE regions or CSUs within England and is instrumental in its continued growth as the power of geospatial analytics is realised across the NHS. Coupled with a significant focus on finding new and innovative methods to develop spatial and decision support solutions on NHS programmes, from Health Inequalities, ICS Service reconfiguration programmes, and Primary Care Networks to Covid 19 support and NHS Net-Zero.

He has delivered and led system-wide transformation programmes, which have been fundamental to rapid system, provider performance and quality improvements across the health and social care sector.

Rebecca is a registered mental health nurse with over eleven years of NHS experience and a strong academic background, she has worked in a wide range of settings including adult mental health inpatient services, child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), and more recently, clinical effectiveness. Rebecca is passionate about quality and service improvement in mental health care, and the care of people with a learning disability and autistic people. Rebecca is dedicated to ensuring decisions about healthcare are patient-focused and based on robust evidence. Rebecca has significant clinical experience in working with children and young people (CYP).

Katie is a highly experienced Organisational Development and Workforce practitioner working at a senior level within the NHS and with commercial experience running her own OD and HR Consultancy. Her specialist expertise is in executive coaching, building leadership capacity and delivering complex change interventions. Katie creates strong partnerships and builds trust with leaders and teams to create a positive work environment. Katie is credible, enthusiastic and values-driven with a high rate of achievement.

Jennifer has a passion for mental health and reducing inequalities, having worked within the public sector in both managerial and frontline roles, giving a unique perspective of mental health in health and social care. Combining corporate and management experience with psychological expertise, Jennifer is able to identify evidence-led solutions to challenging areas and bring together a wide range of ideas and engagement to deliver positive change.

Sam is a workforce professional and trainee occupational psychologist, with a diverse background in the public and third sector with experience in project and programme management, research and evaluation and workforce development and transformation. She is passionate about working with individuals, groups and systems to recognise the dynamics and complexities of human experience in workplace situations. She has experience in working with a wide range of clients, from small SMEs to large national organisations and delivering workforce transformation initiatives within an Integrated Care System.

Sarah is a workforce and resourcing professional with a clinical background (pharmacy), with over 14 years of experience in strategic and operational resourcing, talent acquisition, temporary staffing management, workforce analysis, modelling and transformation. She has significant experience in project and programme strategy, development, delivery and management, most recently acting as Programme Director for the delivery mobilisation of the national Covid Clinical Assessment Service (CCAS) and SCW joint SRO for national primary care workforce programme. Her specialist expertise is in integrated and technology-driven workforce solutions, providing at scale system innovation and efficiencies and the development of data-driven strategies and interventions.
