Nadiya is a strategic thinker with a track record in delivering solutions and driving improvements. She has extensive experience in commissioning, strategic planning and contract solutions through 20 years of experience across health and social care management. Nadiya has lead community and mental health contract management and is the lead for Mental Health for SCW contract management having mastered her proficiency in developing multidisciplinary solutions.

Nadiya has worked across London and the home counties as the SCW Delivery Director providing leadership across a wide footprint. Nadiya is passionate about mental health service transformation and improvement through innovative solutions that improve the patient journey and patient outcomes.

Catherine Dampney

Catherine Dampney

Catherine has over 20 years of experience in data and technology in both the financial sector and NHS. Over her career, she has been involved in the development of regional and national data and digital programmes. Catherine is also a founding member of the National Digital Health CIO Network, and a current member of the National CIO Advisory Panel.

Catherine is a versatile Chief Information Officer and Director of BI Innovation & Transformation, with a proven track record in the development and delivery of digital strategy, Integrated EPRs, organisational change and data systems, in both the health and financial sectors. Strong cross-organisational leadership skills, with experience of internal and external client-focused delivery, and management of business change and technical teams working in system-critical environments.

Andrew Fenton

Andrew is an experienced programme director and technology leader in the NHS, with expertise in Digital Health strategy and programme delivery, population health intelligence, integrated care records and interoperability.

His background in Public Health and Primary Care provided a solid basis for moving into analytics and digital health, heading up Business Intelligence and then Digital Transformation at Oxfordshire PCT as CIO, and since 2013 with SCW. 

Fran Draper

Fran has an outstanding record of delivery in both private and public sectors and works on complex programmes of change to support better health and care for everyone. She is an experienced speaker at events (UK and Europe) on how technology can support health and care delivery.

Fran is passionate about supporting seamless care to deliver better outcomes for individuals, staff and organisations and has experience across Primary, Secondary and Social Care as well as working in the Community as part of a Mental Health Crisis Team. In addition to management skills, Fran is a qualified coach and trained as a Mental Health Worker.

Aasha Cowey

Aasha is a digital healthcare leader with nearly ten years’ acute, ambulance and commissioning experience at local and regional levels. She is also an NHS Graduate Scheme (Health Informatics) Alumni.

Aasha has in-depth knowledge of health and social care data, systems, mapping and political constraints and has extensive experience in project management, working across multi-programme interdependencies. She is passionate about emerging leadership within digital healthcare.

Alison Westmacott

Alison is a senior NHS leader with experience in the development, implementation and delivery of large-scale change programmes within a healthcare environment. 

Alison began her NHS career as a practice manager and is a skilled programme manager having worked with primary care clinicians through periods of change. She has provided support through the implementation of the nGMS contract nationally, led the development of practice-based commissioning and most recently has supported the primary care transformation agenda working with NHSE at a national level.

David is an HR professional with extensive expertise in managing diverse HR operations.

With a degree in Psychological Sciences coupled with a Level 7 Chartered (MCIPD) membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development David has a rich background spanning various sectors including NHS, as well as public and private organisations. David has cultivated a holistic understanding of HR practices. His journey through diverse HR disciplines reflects his commitment to continuous growth and excellence.

Elspeth is an experienced senior human resource professional with excellent communication skills, gained in private and public sector businesses. Having worked in the NHS for ten years with Community Health Service and PCT experience prior to setting up the CSU as part of the transition in April 2013.

Elspeth is a flexible and proactive individual, able to organise teams and structure complex projects and workloads through to completion using a focused, pragmatic approach. Elspeth is experienced in developing and delivery of staff engagement and behavioural change programmes, the positive management of organisational change and encouraging involvement from all levels of the business, with experience operating at a senior level and demonstrating the commercial value of HR.

Faye is an experienced Director of Procurement with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and health care industry. She is skilled in government procurement, spend analysis, strategic sourcing, contract management, and outsourcing.

Faye has senior leadership and complex programme management skills and has directed a range of specialist services within the healthcare industry incorporating geographical information and mapping services, governance services, child health immunisation services (CHIS) and national immunisation management services for flu and COVID-19.
