Simon is an experienced senior NHS manager working at near board level, who develops and leads strategy delivery to support business needs. Has a proven track record of delivering large scale, multi-organisation, transformational change, at all stages from business case development, through to implementation. Simon is an enthusiastic change leader with a passion for innovation and service delivery.

Over 20 years of NHS and public sector experience with an early career focusing on technical IT service delivery before moving on to application/information management and ultimately working as Chief Information Officer firstly in a large Acute trust then a Community and Mental Health Trust. Simon has been the Director of IT Services as SCW since January 2018.

Louise is a versatile and experienced professional with substantial experience in health service planning, commissioning, procurement, contracting, and delivery across health and social care, and in both commissioner and provider settings. She has delivered extensive change programmes across health systems and larger geographies, including complex service change and is a subject matter expert in strategic commissioning and sustainability.

Louise is a Registered Mental Health Nurse for eight years, having worked within a tertiary acute provider for ten years, and spent fourteen years as a PCT and Director of Specialised Commissioning. Within SCW Louise was Director of Provider Management until moving into Transformation and Consultancy more recently. 

David is an expert in transforming health and care systems. He has 15 years’ experience as an Executive Director in acute provider trusts and complex commissioning organisations, delivering system-wide service change and performance improvement. David leads SCW’s Strategy and Partnerships team, supporting the wide range of health and care organisations that SCW supports locally, regionally and nationally. 

Michael is an experienced leader of business service organisations in the commercial sector and the NHS. He has a track record in strategy development, service management and business turnaround.
