As part of SCW Spotlights, a programme of short and snappy webinar events, our people solutions team shared how we successfully scaled people solutions to support system partners across the NHS. We talked about considering the extent of ambition in initial target operating model design, supporting the varying needs of partners whilst ensuring economies of scale are optimised, when diversification can be helpful and the management of relationships and costs.
Congratulations to our ethnic minorities’ employee Network, who have worked hard towards this achievement and supported the application and evidence process. This news reflects the great collaboration across SCW and the positive impact of the Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing team and wider People Directorate.
