At this year’s NHS ConfedExpo, we hosted several interactive sessions and shared our learning on some pressing challenges in health and care today. One of the sessions included ‘Working collaboratively to improve local CYP mental health services’, collaborating to understand your challenges, develop tailor-made solutions and deliver efficiencies that improve mental health services.

One of which was ‘How we developed the strategic vision for our ICS’, sharing Bath, North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire ICS’ journey to develop a system-level strategic vision for health and care.

Today, 15 June 2022, marks the National Healthcare Estates and Facilities Day to recognise and celebrate the tremendous efforts of all estates and facilities staff and their role in the critical provision of essential services. 

In May, we held a live webinar panel session exploring the vibrant collaborative programme in East Surrey where PCNs are working alongside community and voluntary organisations to improve health outcomes, equity, and sustainability for their local populations.

This year’s NHS ConfedExpo conference and exhibition was held on 15-16 June 2022 at the ACC in Liverpool with delegates attending in person for the first time in three years. Colleagues across the health and care sector gathered to discuss current topics and challenges and catch up with friends and teammates both old and new.

In March 2022, we held a live webinar panel session sponsored by Kings Fund exploring the latest on telemedicine and how it’s being used to redesign pathways. A staggering 1,448 people registered to watch, so if you missed it, this event will now be available on-demand.

Our new report provides a summary of findings and recommendations from an evidence and qualitative review conducted to understand constipation and its management in people with a learning disability and autistic people.

For the sixth year running, our procurement team were excited to have been shortlisted for the UK National GO Awards 2021. We're extremely proud to have received the Highly Commended award for the COVID-19 Outstanding Response - NHS and Healthcare organisations category. This year the team was selected together with our partners, System C & Graphnet Care Alliance and Synertec.
