Congratulations to our ethnic minorities’ employee Network, who have worked hard towards this achievement and supported the application and evidence process. This news reflects the great collaboration across SCW and the positive impact of the Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing team and wider People Directorate.

This award is only given to organisations who are making a meaningful impact on the drive for race equality and is yet another marker evidencing the SCW journey towards belonging whilst also recognising the work yet to be accomplished. 

This award will stand for 18 months and will commission work and collaboration within the Belonging at SCW programme, towards SCW obtaining Silver, Gold, or Platinum over the same period.
