SCW wins highly commended again at the Government Opportunities (GO) Awards 22/23 in its seventh consecutive year as finalist.
GO Excellence in Public Procurement Awards showcases organisations leading the way in public procurement best practice across all UK nations.
We are delighted to announce that SCW has been highly commended in the Collaborative Procurement Initiative category for our work on HIV services in Surrey at this year’s GO Excellence in Public Procurement Awards. SCW Procurement team worked collaboratively with Orbis Procurement (Surrey County Council), NHS England and NHS Improvement to secure future HIV and sexual health services for the population of Surrey. The collaboration successfully delivered the programme whilst navigating organisational change, regulatory obstacles, COVID and pressure group factors.
The award ceremony was held on Thursday 1 June 2023 at the voco St. John’s, Solihull.
