We led several interactive sessions at this year’s NHS ConfedExpo where we shared our learning on some pressing topics and challenges in health and care today. One of which was ‘How we developed the strategic vision for our ICS’, sharing Bath, North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire ICS’ journey to develop a system-level strategic vision for health and care.

Our speakers spoke about the co-production of their new care model and how it is successfully coordinating and driving strategy and transformation in their system.
