Digital transformation

We provide expertise in all aspects of digital transformation, to support and empower our partners with access to deep domain subject matter expertise, and expertise within change management, to enable successful outcomes of digital transformation projects and programmes of work.

We have significant demonstratable experience within national cross-government programmes and at-scale delivery across national, regional, and ICS footprints and with provider collaboratives as well as facilitating complex change across multiple partner organisations.

As NHS partners, we work alongside all stakeholders through the whole project or programme lifecycle from shaping, design, implementation, and adoption. This work also includes the important components of digital transformation such as business case building, benefits realisation, communications and stakeholder engagement.

With a one-team model, we have access to a broad range of skills and capabilities that enable us to mobilise both local and at-scale support quickly.

In the spirit of co-creation and partnership working we are well positioned to continually adapt and refine delivery teams to reflect the evolving challenges and demands of projects and programmes of work.

Our support is both diverse and flexible, working collaboratively to lead end-to-end digital projects and programmes in a way which provides both rapid progress and value for money.

We can help you with:

Local and regional projects and programmes

Including ICS data and digital strategies, convergence strategies linked to the Frontline Digitisation Preprogramme, Digitising Social Care and the Shared Care Programme (Connecting Care) – advising on complex information governance challenges and the creation of secure data environments for research.

Deep domain specialist expertise for procurements

For systems such as Shared Care Records (Connecting Care), health information exchanges, interoperability and integration requirements for virtual wards.

Guidelines and standards for digital transformation enablement

In areas such as teledermatology (rapid digital enablement of clinical pathways), pharmacy, optometry, ambulance services and mobile-first requirements.

National delivery work

sits primarily with programmes such as Frontline Digitisation, Cyber Futures, Digitising Social Care, Citizen Access to Primary Care Data, Mobile First and Digital Pharmacy. As an NHS partner, our strength is joining the dots and being a conduit between national, regional and local work; having the experience of immersion within these programmes facilitates seamless work within the regional and local requirements.

Local and regional work

Involves applying our deep domain knowledge to complex multi-organisational digital transformation programmes from working with ICSs, academic institutions, and innovation partners.
