We’re looking for innovative, resilient and collaborative people who’ll be more than a little help to us in achieving our vision.
Our expectations of graduates
Expectations will be high and responsibility will come thick and fast, so this isn’t for everyone. It means although the right qualifications are important, it’s your attitude that will make the real difference.
You’ll have to be ambitious, confident and ready to really get on with your future. You’ll need to be capable and professionally minded. Ready to aim high and embrace all the responsibility you’re given.
In terms of your qualifications, you’ll need GCSEs in Maths and English (grade C or above) and a degree that is grade 2:2 or above. But if you’re to really go a long, long way with us, you’ll need bags of ambition and a can-do attitude too.
How do you measure up?
Our graduate management scheme is for those of you who want responsibility early on, and the opportunity to start moving up the career ladder quickly. That’s why we tend to focus on the following areas coinciding with our values:
Patients First (making a difference)
Aspirational (delivering excellence)
Collaborative (achieving shared goals)
Insightful (challenging convention)
Respectful (valuing knowledge)
