GP practice IT training
The IT training programme for 2023/24 is provided by your ICB in support of clinical system optimisation and there is no charge to your GP practice or PCN. IT training strategy
The SCW IT training strategy delivers support to ICBs and GP practices in the following:
- Local Digital Roadmap priorities; Mobile Working, Improved Access, eRepeat Dispensing
- Annual training programme as identified from the local training needs analysis
- Supporting GP practice mergers and migrations including any development work
- Using technology to establish new modes of training delivery e.g. videos, e-learning, webinars
- Training maintenance and development work – this is the work needed to maintain and update core materials with new functionality updates and develop new courses e.g. tutor notes, training user guides, quick reference guides and any other training materials as per Securing Excellence in GP IT Services
