The new SCW Insights portal is a secure online platform bringing together an array of information, products and tools enabling users to make the best decisions for their patients and populations.
Insights uses cloud-based technology and is fully secure, allowing access to both NHS and non-NHS users. This ensures that users can only access information permitted for their organisation.
The contents of the portal are based around portfolios, addressing for example, operational, financial, or contractual reporting. This allows users to work across systems delivering population health management and in turn improving patient experience and delivering value for money.
The portal enables efficient, collaborative working between SCW and Insights users within ICB specific areas. Each area is designed to support the ICB’s individual requirements, and is tailored to their commissioning structure.
