This year’s event brings together NHS Provider members to share their challenges and priorities
Joining the dots across health and care for NHS Providers
We’re looking forward to joining delegates at this year’s NHS Providers Annual Conference and Exhibition on 14-15 November 2023 to hear directly from members about their challenges and priorities and some of the ways they are addressing them. This year’s theme is Vital!, representing the essential care the provider sector delivers and the importance of ensuring our health service is sustainable for the future.
We'll also be hosting a session, Supporting one trust’s ‘productivity and efficiency’ challenge, on 14 November at 13:25 in Theatre A with our speakers:
- Michael Rees, Head of Financial Consultancy, NHS SCW
- Gill Ryan, Transformation Consultant, NHS SCW
- Adonis Sithole, Deputy Head of Financial Consultancy, NHS SCW
This session will explore how we supported a Midlands Trust to develop its Productivity and Efficiency plan.

How we can help Provider Trusts
We provide skills to help Providers through their challenging situations, can work directly with them and support them on complex pieces of work and provide operational skills and experience where they are not able to do it all themselves.
As well as this direct support we can act as an enabler or facilitator role sharing the expertise and skills that we have in system working and collaboration to help providers understand and work better as they become more reliant on working within systems.
We value the importance of working towards a shared goal and focusing on its delivery and work across all parts of the NHS to share learning and best practice.
