World Immunisation Week - The Big Catch-Up

World Immunisation Week is celebrated in the last week of April to highlight the collective action needed to protect people from vaccine-preventable diseases.

What do cricket coaching and delivering efficient public health services have in common?

Reflecting on my new-found interest in junior cricket coaching, I am struck by the similarities in approach to those I use in my working life, of putting the person at the centre of what I am doing.  In both avenues I want to help players and people to achieve their best, supporting them in the most efficient and effective way to do this.

We always want to maximise our investments, so what is the best approach to introduce automation? Is it better to develop an automation unit that is focused on a small number of centrally developed and controlled automations, or to empower our teams to develop automations within service lines?
