We are delighted to announce that we have become the south regional hub for the Institute of Health and Social Care Management (IHSCM). As a regional hub, we’ll be offering joint events, networking opportunities and exclusive content to share learning, training and development, and operational best practice across the sector.
It’s a challenging time to be a health and social care manager. More than ever, organisations involved in planning, delivering, and supporting health and care need exceptional managers and leaders, who use consistently good management practices to work in partnership with staff and patients to drive the change agenda.
We will be working with the IHSCM to support our health and care colleagues to improve health and wellbeing and to achieve the best possible outcomes for their people, communities, and populations.
With deep roots in the health and social care system, we have a clear perspective on both current and future challenges, and a passion for supporting people to address them.
The IHSCM supports managers by helping them to meet these challenges and understand, develop, share, and celebrate good practice. It is the leading independent membership organisation for managers and leaders planning, delivering, and supporting health and care in the UK and across the world, supporting personal and professional development and driving change to improve health and well-being for all through quality management.
